WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY?
Unfortunately, Latent Goods does not provide refunds.
However, we will provide free exchanges for faulty or incorrect products.
We will happily provide exchanges for items if you are not 100% happy with the size. But as we provide a size guide with measurements on the description of each product, we advise you check this before making a purchase, as you will need to pay for the return postage.
Exchange items need to be sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving your order and will only be accepted if the item has been tried on and not properly worn and is returned to us in the original packaging in the condition it arrived to you in. These must be sent back to us by 'Royal Mail Signed For' delivery.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We use 'Royal Mail Signed For' to ship our packages, whether it be inside the UK or worldwide. Once we have given your parcel to Royal Mail, it is up to them to deliver it safely. Once the package is in their hands, we are no longer responsible for it. Proof of postage will be shown to anyone who does not receive their package. Tracking numbers will be including in the shipping confirmation email.
In instances of a failed attempted delivery, it it your responsibility to arrange a re-delivery or to collect your package from your local sorting office. If you do not and the item comes back to us, you will need to pay for it to be sent out again.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'VE ACCIDENTALLY ENTERED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Please make sure you provide us with a correct address, as if you provide us with a wrong address and we send the item to that address, we cannot refund you and you will have to purchase again. If an item is returned, you will have to pay postage again for us to be able to re-send it to you.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPORT DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes. Depending on your country's specific import laws you may be required to pay local duties and taxes. These fees are not included in your shipping cost.
Please trust us when we say that they are out of our control and are paid to your government and not us. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
HOW SHOULD I LOOK AFTER MY GARMENTS?
We suggest washing on a low heat and avoid tumble-drying and do not iron over designs.
